Welcome to the coco_boho online boutique. Delivery is via Royal Mail on parcels up to 2kg. All parcels over 2kgs will be sent via My Hermes. The online boutique has been set up to automatically calculate the weight of your parcel for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving payment. If there are any unexpected issues or delays, or items are out of stock then we will get in touch and you will be able cancel your order at this point should you wish to.
Delivery is within UK only at this point in time, and your package will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if it’s under 2kg, or via My Hermes (recorded) if it is over 2kg in weight. Please provide your mobile number so that My Hermes can keep you updated. Signatures are required for both buyer and seller’s peace of mind. You will be send your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

REFUND POLICY: We refund orders upon the successful receipt of unused and undamaged candles within 28 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. We issue a full refund of items that have been lost or damaged in the post. Should this occur, please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage and/or your tracking number as soon as possible in order to help us make a claim against the delivery company.
